High Value SF

Danilo Gallinari-Denver Nuggets (5,800): After a three-game layoff, Gallinari jumped right back into the Nuggets rotation and played 36 minutes on Wednesday with 17-4-4 and a block for 29.5 fantasy points. He has at least that many fantasy points in each of his last five full-strength games, and should be able to get to 30+ fantasy points again tonight against the road-weary Rockets who let Kevin Durant to go off against them last night.∗∗

Jae Crowder-Boston Celtics (5,800): Crowder called his team out for their lack of defense on Wednesday, and he’ll look to back up his words with his play on the court tonight in a good matchup against the Kings. Crowder has posted steady outputs of 32.75, 31.5, and 31.25 fantasy points in his last three games and is steadily returning to his role as a key piece of Boston’s attack. He contributes in multiple categories and isn’t on a minutes limit anymore, so get him in your lineup for tonight at just under 6K.

Kent Bazemore-Atlanta Hawks (5,300): Another player at just over 5K who stepped up for his team recently is Kent Bazemore who is still shooting a poor percentage but has been able to get 20+ points in two of his last three games. He helped pick up the slack while Paul Millsap was out on Wednesday in Phoenix and totaled 41.25 fantasy points on 22-5-3 against the Suns. Bazemore has over 32 fantasy points in two of his last three games and is a riskier play than Crowder but with a higher ceiling.

DeMarre Carroll-Toronto Raptors (4,400): Carroll has been looking healthy and playing well, but he’ll still sit out one half of the team’s back-to-back that starts tonight against the Lakers. The Raptors host LA tonight and the Hawks tomorrow, and whichever game Carroll plays in he’ll be a nice value option at just a little over 4K. He has scored in double-digits in six straight games and has over 18 fantasy points in each of those contests with over 27 in three of his last five. He’s still normally playing under 30 minutes, but he’s definitely re-emerging as a solid mid-range option in our DraftKings daily picks. If confirmed to be playing-

Jeff Green-Orlando Magic (3,100): Green missed a game with a bad back on Sunday, but he has played 25 and 27 minutes in his two games since returning with 12.75 and 19 fantasy points. He’s my favorite cheap play of the night after posting 14-2-1 last night agasint his former team in Memphis mostly because he’ll be in a great matchup against the 76ers who are giving up more fantasy points to opposing SF than any other team in the NBA. Green could end up one of the best cheap fliers of the night as long as he continues to get playing time ahead of Aaron Gordon who remains loaded with potential but limited in production this season.∗∗
