That sloppy defence has been the bain of Alan Pardew’s existence of late and it might be the thing that loses him his job. His side have lost six in a row and are only above the relegation zone on goal difference. Alan Pardew knows that a seventh loss will probably spell the end for him so he will hope for a resilient performance from his side.
