A Pacific Division showdown is on tap Saturday, Dec. 3 as the Edmonton Oilers (13-10-2) host the Anaheim Ducks (12-8-4) at Rogers Place. This game will be shown on CBC, and SN nationally in Canada. Edmonton is coming off a 6-3 win over the Winnipeg Jets on Thursday. At home, they have struggled with a 5-6-0 record. Over their last 10 games, Edmonton has a 4-5-1 record. Edmonton is led by captain Connor McDavid (11 goals 34 points), Leon Draisaitl (20 points), Milan Lucic (17 points), and Jordan Eberle (17 points). Cam Talbot will most likely get the start in net for the Oilers.

On the other side of the ice, the Ducks have won three straight games. In their latest game, Anaheim beat the Vancouver Canucks 3-1 on Thursday. The Ducks have a 5-4-3 record on the road this season. Over their past 10 games, they have a 6-3-1 record. Ryan Getzlaf (19 points), Ryan Kesler (eight goals and 18 points) and Corey Perry (18 points) are leading the team. Meanwhile, Rickard Rakell leads them in goal scoring with a team-best nine goals. It appears John Gibson will get the start in goal.
