After years, Crash Bandicoot is officially back. We got news of a remaster at E3 2016, but now, we got a new trailer at the PlayStation Experience.
Before games like Uncharted and The Last of Us, Naughty Dog developed a different type of game. Crash Bandicoot is one of the most beloved platformers of all-time. Next year, we’ll be able to revisit the series with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane trilogy.
Back in the day, there was nothing like popping the disc in on the PS1 and playing Crash Bandicoot. It was, easily, one of the most fun games on the console and it’s strange that Sony has taken this long to return to the series.
Although it isn’t a new game, it’s still great. Many fans of the series will be able to return to this game and play them in a much better way. It’s also a great opportunity for a new generation of gamers to experience these classic games.
In Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, you’ll return as your favorite marsupial and jump around different stages to complete your goal. Check out the newest trailer below:
Obviously, what stands out the most are the visuals. The game has gotten a complete visual overhaul, which is appropriate for the current generation of consoles. It may not look like much, but once you see the comparisons in the trailer, the differences are uncanny.
The three games that are being remastered are Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. All of these games are fantastic.

This may also be a starting point for the future of the franchise. We believe this is only a glimpse of what’s to come. Eventually, we may see a brand-new Crash Bandicoot game, which would be awesome. But, for now, we can’t wait for this trilogy.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is coming in 2017.
