Sony kicked off the first day of the PlayStation Experience with a bang. They revealed a brand-new Uncharted game, The Lost Legacy.
With a huge surprise, at the PlayStation Experience, a new Uncharted game was officially announced. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy seems like a spinoff of the original series and it looks awesome.
The last game in the series, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, was a huge success and many fans were sad that it was the end of the series. Thanks to Naughty Dog, time and time again, they’ve delivered some of the greatest games in video game history. One of those franchises so happens to be Uncharted.
The four games in the series are critically acclaimed and rightfully so and nwo we have The Lost Legacy to look forward to and they dropped the trailer today at the PlayStation Experience event.
In the beginning of the trailer, you see a woman dressed in a robe. So, you don’t necessarily see who it is exactly as she’s walking through a town trying to go unnoticed. As you see her going through the town, she’s communicating with another person via text messaging. Things seem to go south and she gets spotted. Out of nowhere, she showcases her martial arts skills and starts taking everybody down.
Once all the action is over, you see her remove her robe and it’s a familiar character. For those who’ve played Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Chloe Frazer may ring a bell.

Well, it looks like Uncharted: The Lost Legacy will focus more on her character. She was completely absent in Uncharted 4, so it’s great to see a game that’s focused on her. We’ll still miss Nathan Drake, but it’s still Uncharted, which is great. It’s also confirmed that this will be a standalone chapter for the series. So, maybe Drake will make an appearance.
