High Value SF

Danilo Gallinari-Denver Nuggets (5,500): Fact-the 76ers can’t defend opposing SF. Fact-the Nuggets play Gallinari a ton when he’s healthy. Those two facts should add up to a big game for Gallo tonight. In each of his three games back from a thigh contusion, Gallinari has played at least 35 minutes and has posted 29.5 fantasy points, 24.25 fantasy points, and 24.25 fantasy points. He should be able to improve on those numbers against Philadelphia tonight who is allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing SF of any team in the NBA.

Maurice Harkless-Portland Trail Blazers (5,400): While the backcourt gets most of the attention in Portland, Harkless has emerged as a nice forward option as well. He has at least 28 fantasy points in five straight games and has scored in double-digits in each of his last nine. He did have a bit of a down game against Chicago with just five points when he faced them last but still managed 25 fantasy points due to his non-scoring numbers. If he can have those same non-scoring numbers but also get more points he’ll be a nice play in the Windy City tongiht.

DeMarre Carroll-Toronto Raptors (4,500): Carroll is starting to look healthy for the Raptors and posted 22.75 fantasy points on Saturday against his old team from Atlanta. He has at least 20 fantasy points in five of his last six games and will get a lot of playing time tonight against LeBron. He had a good game against Cleveland earlier this season when he played a season-high 36 minutes and had 8-6-2 with a pair of blocks and a pair of steals. If you’re going cheap, he’s a solid SF play to consider.

Troy Williams-Memphis Grizzlies (4,400):  Williams isn’t is getting a ton of short-term run since the Grizzlies has been so decimated by injuries. He has at least 17 fantasy points in six straight games since moving into the starting lineup and had 22.5 fantasy points on Saturday against the Lakers on 7-6-2 and three steals. Williams is the best sub-4.5K play tonight mostly due to his secure minutes although Carroll has much more upside.
