Previous: . Green Bay Packers. 18. team. 49. Green Bay is back to their winning ways despite a gimpy Aaron Rodgers playing in the snow. The Packers took advantage of Houston’s lack of history playing in the snow, and ultimately came out on top. Rodgers was still able to throw the deep ball despite the hamstring injury suffered on Monday against Philadelphia. Rodgers threw for over 200 yards with two touchdowns, while the Houston pass rush sacked him just once. With no J.J. Watt or Jadeveon Clowney, a damaged Packers offensive line was able to protect their wounded leader. Another much-needed win by the Packers as they look to revive their season, which was once declared dead and buried.
Next Week: Seattle comes to Green Bay looking to break a trend that has stood for over a decade. The road team in this series has not won since 1999 when the Seahawks knocked off Brett Favre in Lambeau Field. If there were ever a year that could change, this would be it.

Playoff hopes: Green Bay will need a lot of help to make the playoffs this year. Tied with the Vikings for second in the division, the Packers need several teams above them to fall in the wild card standings. Missing the playoffs would mean a draft pick in the mid-teens for Green Bay to work with. Drafting depth at linebacker and finding a productive running back will be on their shopping list come spring.
. 6-6
