High Value SG

Sean Kilpatrick-Brooklyn Nets (6,000): Kilpatrick and the Nets have been playing better lately, and aside from a pair of down games against Atetokounmpo and the Bucks last week, he’s been a consistent contributor. Kilpatrick had 21-6-4 for 36.5 fantasy points against the Wizards on Monday and has been able to produce over 30 fantasy points in four of his last seven. No team in the NBA has allowed more fantasy points per game to opposing SG than Denver, so Kipatrick has a high ceiling tonight.

J.J. Redick-Los Angeles Clippers (4,700): Redick has scored at least 15 points in each of his last three games and seven of his last ten. He doesn’t do much in other categories, but has been able to reach at least 22 fantasy points in ten of his last 13 games. Tonight, he and the Clippers will have to score a lot to keep up with the Warriors making him an interesting sub-5K play to consider.∗∗

Marcus Smart-Boston Celtics (4,500): Smart will likely get the start for the Celtics tonight or at least pick up some extra minutes since  Isaiah Thomas is sidelined by a groin injury.  Smart isn’t the most dynamic scoring option at under 5K, but he does produce across the board in a wide variety of categories when he’s on his game. He had 24.75 fantasy points on Monday in Houston on 13-5-2 with a block. He is normally a boom-or-bust play, but with Thomas out, he seems set up for more boom tonight. ∗

Allen Crabbe-Portland Trail Blazers (3,700): Crabbe is my favorite sub-4K in either guard spot tonight. He had 23.75 and 29.25 fantasy points in his last two contests coming up with 17-5-1 and two steals against the Bulls. His role can fluctuate coming off the bench for Portland, but he could be the best cheap play of the tonight.

Jodie Meeks-Orlando Magic (3,000): Meeks has looked good since returning from the Magic and had 18 points and 24 fantasy points last night in just 16 minutes against the Wizards. He has 16-17 minutes in all three of his games since being activated and has 17.75, 13.25, and 24 fantasy points. He is still playing limited minutes, but can produce some solid offense in his time on the floor.
