High Value SG

Sean Kilpatrick-Brooklyn Nets (5,800): Kilpatrick has been one of the best fantasy plays for the Nets all season and h as at least 19 points and 24 fantasy points in five of his last six games. He has a tough matchup against the Spurs tonight, but he’ll be looking to post 33+ fantasy points for the third straight contest.

Will Barton-Denver Nuggets (5,600): Barton definitely appears to be past his ankle injury and logged 82 total minutes in the Nuggets back-to-back games earlier this week. He only managed 22.9 fantasy points in his 43 minutes against Washington, but he should be in a place to produce more than that tonight in Orlando.

Wesley Matthews-Dallas Mavericks (5,400): The SG midrange is stacked with options, but don’t overlook the recently surging Wesley Matthews who had 36.3 fantasy points last night while helping the Mavs past the Pacers with 26-4-3.  He has at least 25 fantasy points in four straight and six of his last seven. Always a streaky scorer, it looks like Matthews is gelling well with Deron Williams next to him in the backcourt and settling in as a very solid midrange play. Tonight, he’ll take on the Rockets who allow the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing SG and allowed him to post 20.3 fantasy points and 38.5 fantasy points in two games earlier this season.

Tony Allen-Memphis Grizzlies (5,000): Allen has had a pair of double-doubles in his last three games and has at least 21 fantasy points in four of his last five. He had 15-10-1 and two steals against the Blazers on Thursday for 32.5 fantasy points. Memphis will need him to step up again tonight as they face the Warriors. With the possibility of a blowout, I see “The Grindfather” as a boom-or-bust play.

Langston Galloway-New Orleans Pelicans (4,100): Both E’Twaun Moore and Jrue Holiday are expected to miss their third straight game tonight which leaves plenty of chance for Galloway to step up again. On Monday, Galloway scored 26 points and 29.2 fantasy points against the Grizzlies in a double-OT loss. He followed that up with 27.8 more fantasy points on Thursday against the Sixers when he had 19-4-2. Galloway had under 15 fantasy points in five straight games before his last two, so he’s only a viable play if Moore and Holiday are out as expected. No Moore/Holiday-
