Here’s how you can watch Saturday afternoon’s Nebraska vs Kansas live stream from Lawrence online.
Kansas has been one of the best programs in the country in recent years, and all-time, because of its ability to recruit superstars. The latest prospect to grace Lawrence with his presence is former five-star guard Josh Jackson.
Jackson is second on the team in scoring with 14.6 points but surprisingly leads the Jayhawks with 6.1 rebounds per game. He is shooting 53 percent from the field and the former No. 1 overall recruit has struggled from long-range.
Leading Kansas in scoring, though, is senior guard Frank Mason III who is having his best season yet. He’s averaging 20.8 points and 5.3 assists per game while shooting an incredible 55 percent from three-point range. There’s a reason this team is ranked No. 3.
Nebraska was one of the up-and-coming basketball programs just a couple of seasons ago, but Tim Miles’ Cornhuskers have failed to live up to the hype. They made the NCAA Tournament a couple of seasons ago, but have been very disappointing since.
The transfer of Andrew White this past offseason has also hurt in multiple ways. There are less scoring options on the team now and the Cornhuskers have just a 5-4 record to show for it. They started the season 4-0, but the Cornhuskers have since lost four of five.
Tai Webster, a senior guard, is having a breakout season. He’s leading the team with 17.2 points to go along with 5.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game. Two other players average in double figures, but Nebraska averages just 68 points per contest.
