High Salary C

Karl-Anthony Towns-Minnesota Timberwolves (8,800): Towns has a ultra-high ceiling every time he takes the floor, but he is a high-cost investment tonight that comes with serious risk. He only has reached 40 fantasy points twice in his last six games, but one of those did come on Sunday when he had 25-18-2 against the Warriors for 48.6 fantasy points. Tonight, he takes on Robin Lopez and the Bulls who have given up the third-most fantasy points in the NBA over their last five games. Towns always has potential to go off, but it’ll cost you a lot to buy in on him tonight.

Dwight Howard-Atlanta Hawks (7,600):  With the injury question marks in Orlando and Gasol resting, the center spot is a little bit of a hot mess tonight. One option who should be motivated and ready to step up is Dwight Howard as he welcomes in one of his old teams, the Magic, to his new home in Atlanta. Howard had a huge game against the Heat on Wednesday with 23-17-4 for 54.4 fantasy points, but he only managed 10-7-2 against the Bucks for 25.4 fantasy points. Howard has been pretty solid through much of the season, but he plays dramatically reduced minutes when the game gets one-sided in either direction. That does keep him from being a lock for tonight, but the #RevengeGame factor is enough to definitely still consider him a strong option.
