LB. Alabama. Tim Williams. 16. player. 26.

The Baltimore Ravens have had an up and down season in 2016, and will head into the final three games of their season with a record of 7-6. While they are certainly still in the running for a playoff spot, they likely will be kept out this season. On Monday night, the Ravens put up a good fight against the New England Patriots, but they did show that they need some help on the defensive side of the ball.

Age is becoming a concern for the Ravens, and the team needs to inject some good young talent into the unit. Guys like Terrell Suggs and Eric Weddle are well into their 30s, which means the organization will need to restock their talent pool very soon. The 2017 NFL Draft is full of good young defensive prospects, so Baltimore will certainly have the opportunity to do so.

Alabama’s Tim Williams has teamed with Reuben Foster to form one of the best 1-2 linebacker combos in college football. He is an incredibly gifted athlete who has a knack for getting after the quarterback. He has dealt with some personal issues during his time on campus, but that seems to be behind him, and a bright future awaits him in the NFL.
