Despite being one of the more impressive young teams in the AFC, the Tennessee Titans will likely pick near the top of the 2017 NFL Draft, though not because of their record. The Titans traded the No. 1 overall pick to the Los Angeles Rams prior to the 2016 NFL Draft, and got their first round pick in exchange. That pick should be used on a play-making wide receiver, and this draft class has one of the better prospects at the position that we have seen in a while.

Mike Williams can do it all from the receiver position, possessing the speed and size that will make him a star in this league. Williams has incredible hands, goes over the middle, and has the kind of breakaway speed that enables him to go deep. He has teamed with Deshaun Watson to form arguably the best QB/WR duo in the country, and both players are likely to be selected in the first round next April.

For Tennessee, they have played incredible football as of late, and quarterback Marcus Mariota is one of the best young arms in the league. The Titans are only a few pieces away from being a legitimate Super Bowl contender, and are a win away from winning the AFC South this season. It has been quite an upward trend for the franchise since drafting Mariota, who just needs that true WR1 to even further his development early in his career.
