High Salary C

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (11,500): Cousins bounced back from a tough game against “The Stifle Tower” with 31-16-5 against the Lakers on Monday to total 59.7 fantasy points. He has at least 50 fantasy points in nine of his last ten games with over 58 fantasy points in four of those contests. Boogie has five straight double-doubles coming into tonight’s game against Houston who has allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing centers in their last five games. They’re not quite as great a matchup as he had against the Knicks or Lakers, but he still should be poised for another big game tonight.

Marc Gasol-Memphis Grizzlies (8,900): Gasol didn’t play last night but has no reported injury. He should be back and ready to continue to carry the load for the Memphis offense against the less-than-full-strength Cavs tonight. Gasol has at least 40 fantasy points in six straight games highlighted by his 28-11-10 triple double for 63.2 fantasy points against the Pelicans. He isn’t quite as good a play as Boogie, but he’s definitely the next step down both price-wise and production-wise tonight.∗∗∗

Andre Drummond-Detroit Pistons (8,400): The center spot is stocked tonight, and Drummond is a good play as well. He and the Pistons face the Mavericks who dont’ have Andrew Bogut or Dirk Nowitzki to contend with Drummond down low. Dwight Powell and Sarah Mejri won’t have much luck slowing down Drum tonight, so look for him to post at least 40 fantasy points in his fourth straight game.

Rudy Gobert-Utah Jazz (7,600): Gobert is having one of the best stretchs of his career and has posted four straight double-doubles with at least 14 points and 11 rebounds in each of those games and a total of 16 blocks during that run. In each of those games he has at least 40 fantasy points, and the only reason to hesitate going with the Stifle Tower tonight is that he will be getting Derrick Favors back in the front court next to him which may lighten his load but also decrease his usage.

Joel Embiid-Philadlephia 76ers (7,000): Embiid has been dealing with an elbow issue but is expected to play tonight. He was already on a tight minutes limit, so the injury does raise his risk a little. However, when he’s been on the court his production has been great with at least 35 fantasy points in three of his last four games and  five of his last seven.
