3. Indianapolis Colts

Despite a vote of confidence from owner Jim Irsay this week, a loss to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday could essentially seal the fate of Colts head coach Chuck Pagano at season’s end. Something needs to change in Indianapolis, and general manager Ryan Grigson should be on the hot seat too if the Colts miss the playoffs.

Fisher hasn’t had or been able to develop a quarterback since he was head coach of the Titans and worked with Steve McNair. The Colts obviously have a franchise quarterback in place, but the structure around Andrew Luck has been lacking and his prime years are quickly going to waste.

Fisher’s defensive acumen would fit the Colts, since they need a rebuild on that side of the ball. Finding a good offensive coordinator to work with Luck would be absolutely mandatory, but that shouldn’t be too big a problem for Fisher if he becomes a candidate for the job.
