DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-December 16

Clint Capela-Houston Rockets (5,400): Capela’s in a great matchup tonight against the Pelicans who allow the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers. Coming into tonight, he has at least 18 fantasy points in seven straight with over 25 in four of those contests. However, he played under 20 minutes in three of his last four games which is why his risk factor is still high tonight even in such a tasty matchup.∗∗

Jahlil Okafor-Philadlephia 76ers (5,100): While his teammate Joel Embiid continues to get a ton of attention, and rightly so, Okafor has actually been a better fantasy play lately from his much more affordable price. In each of  his last six games, Okafor has at least 14 points and at least 23 fantasy points. He had 30.5 fantasy points on Wednesday in Toronto playing 30 minutes and totaling 17-4-3 with a pair of blocks. The 76ers front court is crowded with young talent, but don’t miss Okafor’s recent run as the Sixers take on the Lakers tonight. ∗∗∗∗

John Henson-Milwaukee Bucks (4,200): Henson played 26 minutes last night and totaled 4-10-1 with a pair of blocks and a steal for 24 fantasy points. He has at least 23 fantasy points in three of his last four now, and he has shown he can produce good boards and blocks when he gets playing time. That playing time is still sporadic, though, which makes him higher risk than Okafor tonight.∗∗

Timofey Mozgov-Los Angeles Lakers (3,400): If you want to grab a cheap flier at center, Mozgov is coming off a nice double-double of 12-13-0 against the Nets on Wednesday when he had 33.25 fantasy points. He’s in a great matchup against the 76ers who give up more fantasy points to opposing centers than any other team in the NBA. The Lakers big-man is definitely a high-risk play, but there’s  upside to check out for sure. ∗
