Middlesbrough host Swansea at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday, Dec.17. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Middlesbrough welcome Swansea to the Riverside stadium in the Premier League this weekend. Boro are a place and three points above Swansea in the league table so there’s not much to separate the two sides. Bob Bradley’s short time in charge of Swansea has been full of highs and lows. The Swans past two games have demonstrated this as the Welsh side comfortably beat Sunderland at home but were then soundly beaten by West Brom at the Hawthorns.
Middlesbrough suffered their worst defeat of the season so far as Liverpool picked them apart in midweek. Aitor Karanka’s side are normally so resolute at the back but Jurgen Klopp’s side managed to expose some of their defensive frailties. Bradley will be hoping his side can do the same as they desperately need points. A win on Saturday would not lift the Swans out of the relegation zone but it would put them level on points with Boro. It would also make Swansea fans feel a lot more positive about their team’s chances of staying up this season. A win away to fellow strugglers will show that Swansea have the kind of steel that is necessary to avoid the drop.
