Carmelo Anthony embarrasses Thaddeus Young with nasty crossover (Video)

Carmelo Anthony was absolutely nasty on this play as he broke the ankles of Thaddeus Young
The New York Knicks took on the Indiana Pacers Tuesday night, a game in which they fought back in the second half to grab the 118-111 win. The leading scorer for the Knicks in the win on Tuesday was Carmelo Anthony, as he dropped in 35 points with four rebounds and four assists.
Now on two of those 35 points, Anthony also provided one of the highlights in the NBA for this week as well, and it came at the expense of the Pacers’ Thaddeus Young.
As the Knicks were making the comeback in the second half, Anthony got the ball with Young defending him. From there, he proceeded to hit Young with a nasty crossover that put him right on the ground inside Madison Square Garden.
Whoa, baby. Now that right there is embarrassing for Young, and this is a play that he won’t be living down for a while. It’s one thing to get schooled on a crossover, but when you get put right on your behind, that just takes things to a whole new level of embarrassment.

When you’re trying to come from behind like the Knicks were on Tuesday night, though, you need big plays like this from your superstars and that’s exactly what Anthony provided for his squad.
With the win, the Knicks improved to 15-13 on the year, keeping them firmly in the hunt in the Eastern Conference early in the season here. As for the Pacers, they drop to 15-15, barely in the No. 8 position in the conference.
