High Salary SG

Giannis Antetokounmpo-Milwaukee Bucks (10,400): “The Alphabet” and the Bucks are coming off getting swept in a back-to-back, home-and-home by the Cavs. Antetokounmpo continued to put up beastly numbers, though, in both games and now has at least 46 fantasy points in six straight. He has over 51 fantasy points in four of his last five and will look to reach that level again tonight against the Wizards. He played Washington in DC on 12/10 when he had 28-13-7 and an uncharacteristic seven turnovers for 47.1 fantasy points. He should be able to exceed that number at home and get around 50 fantasy points again tonight making him a solid play at 10K. ∗∗

Bradley Beal-Washington Wizards (7,200): Beal has scored at least 20 points in eight straight games for the Wizards and has added solid assist numbers for the most part as well helping him to reach 30 fantasy points in seven of his last ten. He carries a pretty heavy minutes-load and should be able to continue his nice roll into Christmas with a good game tonight. He has a high ceiling but needs to be more consistent with his non-scoring numbers before he’s a locked-in for or five star play at this price.∗∗

Nicolas Batum-Charlotte Hornets (7,200): One Eastern Conference SG who gets a lot of his value from his non-scoring numbers is Nicolas Batum of the Hornets who has at least 40 fantasy points in three of his last four games after posting 23-5-10 against the Lakers on Tuesday for 42 fantasy points. Tonight, he and the Hornets take on the Bulls in a good matchup , and Batum should be in for another night of multi-category goodness.∗∗∗∗

Zach LaVine-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,600): Lavine has at least 28 fantasy points in five straight games and nine of his last ten. He had 40.2 fantasy points on 24-6-6 last week against the Bulls  in his best game during that run, and will look to take his show to Sacramento tonight against the Kings. LaVine should find room to operate against the Kings backcourt which has allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per game to opposing SG so far this season, and he continues to log so many minutes that he is relatively low risk with a high ceiling.∗∗∗∗

Evan Fournier-Orlando Magic (6,400): Fournier posted another solid stat line last night scoring 21 points in 36 minutes in NYC and finishing with 33 fantasy points. He has at least that many fantasy points in five of his last seven games and continues to be a huge part of the Orlando offense. Tonight, he gets a good matchup against the Lakers who are allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing SG this season. He’s a little riskier than LaVine, but he does cost a little bit less as well.
