High Salary SF

LeBron James-Cleveland Cavaliers (9,700): LeBron had another present for Cleveland on Christmas as he delivered a win over the Warriors with 31-13-4 and 60.25 fantasy points. He has at least 50 fantasy points in five of his last eight games and continues to turn in nice stat lines almost every night. Tonight, the Cavs are in Detroit to take on the struggling Pistons. There is a chance that LeBron and/or Kyrie take a break after yesterday’s heavy workload, but if he plays LeBron is a very safe way to spend just under 10K in tonight’s contest.∗∗

Paul George-Indiana Pacers (7,700): George is in a bit of a shooting slump, but he still has been able to post 38 fantasy points or more in three of his last four games. He had 19-8-5 with two steals against the Celtics on Thursday in a game where he turned his ankle but was able to remain in the game. After three days off, he and the Pacers return to the court tonight against the Bulls. George has nice upside against Chicago since they have allowed more fantasy points per game to opposing SF than any other team in the NBA over their last five games, and they were just torched by Kawhi last night. PG13 is a solid play tonight although his recent shooting woes make him less than a lock.∗∗∗

Andrew Wiggins-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,600): Wiggins is a good way to get 30+ fantasy points from just over 6K tonight. He has at least 32 fantasy points in six of his last seven after finishing with 23-3-2 against the Thunder in OKC. He had 33.25 fantasy points against the Hawks in Atlanta last week on 19-7-2, and the Wolves will take on the Hawks in a rematch tonight back in Minnesota.

Harrison Barnes-Dallas Mavericks (6,200): Barnes has at least 31 fantasy points in five of his last six games and posted a solid 23-7-4 against tonight’s opponent, the Pelicans, when he faced them earlier this season. Barnes has scored at least 19 points in five of his last six and adds solid rebounds and a few other counting stats on a regular basis for the Mavs. He has stepped into a larger role in the offense since joining Dallas and shown he can produce. He’s in a good enough matchup to be a good play tonight. Wiggins and Barnes both have big upside, but I’d give Barnes the slight edge since Wiggins is on the second night of a back-to-back.∗∗
