High Salary SF

Kevin Durant-Golden State Warriors (10,000): While the Warriors lost in Cleveland, Kevin Durant lit up Christmas Day with 36-15-3 and 62.5 fantasy points. He has scored at least 22 points in each of his last five games with three games over 30 points. He has a least 54 fantasy points in each of those three games making him a very good option to invest in tonight. There is some volatility with Durant since he shares the floor with other dynamic scorers in Golden State, but he’s on a nice run right now and should be in a competitive game tonight against the Raptors. ∗∗

Carmelo Anthony-New York Knicks (7,800): Anthony and the Knicks are in Atlanta tonight to face the Hawks. The Knicks’ SF has at least 30 fantasy points in each of his four games since resting against Golden State including a 35-4-4 game for 49.8 fantasy points against the Pacers and a 29-7-2 for 42.4 game against Boston on Christmas his last time out. Melo had a nice 31-7-3 game against Atlanta earlier this season, and he should again find plenty of room to work tonight.∗∗∗∗

Danilo Gallinari-Denver Nuggets (6,300): Whenever he has been healthy this season, Gallinari has played big minutes for coach Mike Malone in Denver. He had 23-11-1 on Monday for his second straight double-double and a very impressive 41.7 fantasy points. He has at least 35 fantasy points in three of his last seven and has a lot of upside as he takes on the Timberwolves at home tonight in Denver. The only thing really holding Gallo back from being an every-night option is that the Nuggets have plenty of other wins options who can score now and the whole load no longer falls on Gallinari like it used to.∗∗

Andrew Wiggins-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,300): Wiggins is a solid play again tonight after 21-4-2 for 30.8 fantasy points against the Hawks in just 28 minutes. He has at least 30 fantasy points in seven of his last eight games and has the poential to go off if his shot starts dropping. He had 25-3-1 against the Nuggets earlier this year, and he’ll look to post another strong line in Denver tonight at the Pepsi Center. Wiggins has a high ceiling in what should be a high-scoring game. I’d give him the slight edge over Gallinari.∗∗
