Zander Diamont is done playing college football after the Foster Farms Bowl. So why not hit up the Conor McGregor walk after throwing a touchdown?

A few weeks ago, Indiana Hoosiers quarterback Zander Diamont announced his intentions to retire from college football at the end of the 2016 season. The dude needs his brain to do cool stuff like this.

So Diamont goes into the Foster Farms Bowl against the Utah Utes and throws this awesome 36-yard touchdown pass to Nick Westbrook. Feeling good about the touchdown bomb, Diamont hits the Conor McGregor strut like an absolute boss.

When you throw a touchdown pass this beautiful in the Foster Farms Bowl against a strong Pac-12 team like Utah, you have the right to apologize to absolutely nobody. Diamont is certainly going out with a bang in what seems to be his final bowl game.

Indiana had to claw tooth and nail to get to bowl eligibility this season, but the Hoosiers program remained strong in 2016. This is despite losing former head coach Kevin Wilson after he resigned amidst a scandal in which he forced injured players to play.

A win over Utah would be a big one for this surging Indiana program. The Hoosiers already play in a brutal Big Ten East division with the likes of national powers Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, and Penn State. Even Maryland has gotten back to bowl eligibility in 2016. Then there’s Rutgers to make the Big Ten East a Magnificent Seven.

It’s good to see the Hoosiers play solid football these last few years. Will Wilson’s 2017 replacement Tom Allen be able to keep Indiana rock solid on the gridiron these next few years? Bowl games are a huge deal for this football program and this was a beautiful touchdown pass/strut McGregor would be proud of.
