Week 17’s game between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers will have playoff implications with the winner taking the NFC North. Here’s the updated odds and predictions.

The Detroit Lions (9-6) will host the visiting Green Bay Packers (9-6) at Ford Field in the final countdown for one of the most exciting division races in the NFL this season. These two teams are going in opposite directions as far as momentum entering the showdown. Green Bay has won five straight games after starting the season 4-6. Meanwhile, Detroit enters the game having lost their last two games.

This will feature a quarterback battle between Aaron Rodgers and Matthew Stafford. They have different styles, but they have each been very important to their respective team’s success. Green Bay’s defense has been hot as of late, while Detroit’s is licking its wounds following a whooping by the Dallas Cowboys. A lot is at stake in this game, which should make for an appropriate ending to the 2016 NFL season.

Moreover, the Lions have gone under in eight of their last nine games in the over/under.
