Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban blew up on the sidelines after his team picked up a delay of game call in the Peach Bowl.
Nick Saban has never been afraid to show his emotions as a head coach in college football. When he’s upset with his team, he will let them hear it and he will make sure that he gets his point across until they finally get it right.
It’s part of the reason he’s one of the best to ever coach the game and why Alabama is back in the College Football Playoff for a third straight year. With the Crimson Tide struggling to do anything on offense against the Washington Huskies on New Year’s Eve, Saban really blew up when his team couldn’t get a call off.
After penalties had already backed Alabama up a considerable amount, Jalen Hurts was trying to call for the snap on time but it wasn’t able to get off. The delay of game call was called immediately and that’s where Saban began to really heat up.
He ran out onto the field and began screaming for his team to snap the ball and went all in on the exaggerated motions. There isn’t anyone that can match his intensity and when it finally boils over, it’s a sight to behold.
Both teams locked into a defensive battle against each other and it was hard for either side to gain an inch. Hurts and the offense have had a lot of success this year, but the Huskies really tested everything they tried to do with the football.
