The only match Lionel Messi didn’t score in — their 7-0 flogging of Hercules in the Copa Del Rey — was the only match he didn’t play in. Luis Suarez also continues to be on target: he’s tied with Messi for most league goals with 12.

Villarreal are also on a two-match winning streak in La Liga play, but were winless in their previous three, including two losses. They’ve played well at El Madrigal this season, knocking off Atletico Madrid 3-0 back on Dec. 12, but a visiting Barcelona are a whole different animal. As with any Barca opponent, they will try their best to limit the number of opportunities Messi gets on the ball.
