Michigan Wolverines

Last week: 10-3 Record

By college football standards, Michigan had a pretty good season. By Michigan’s standards, they didn’t have a good season and that will drive this team even harder into 2017. They will face some issues however, they only return four starters on offense and will have to rely on quarterback Wilton Speight even more.

One thing that does help is Jabrill Peppers appears to be returning (as of this writing) for the Wolverines. Like any Harbaugh recruiting class, you know you’re going to get top athletes from across the country. However, one of the biggest wins for Michigan occurred when it was announced that Pep Hamilton would be coming to Ann Arbor and be Jim Harbaugh’s offensive coordinator. Hamilton and Harbaugh had success at Stanford and produced the likes of Andrew Luck and Toby Gerhart. While it may look like Michigan takes a step back, they’ll still have a say on what happens in the Big 12.
