DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-January 13

High Value C
Greg Monroe-Milwaukee Bucks (5,900): Monroe’s string of five straight games with 30+ fantasy points came to an end on Tuesday in a tough matchup with the Spurs. He had 14-9-4 for 29.75 fantasy points which as his worst stat line since he struggled to just 9.25 fantasy points on 12/30. Sine then, he had re-emerged as a big part of the Bucks offense with 12-20 points and good rebounds, assists, and steals. Tonight is a tricky matchup against Miami and Hassan Whiteside, but look for Monroe to continue his recent uptick in production. He had over 39 fantasy points in three straight before Tuesday’s game, and he should bounce back even though Giannis Antetokounmpo will be back to running the show tonight.∗∗∗
Steven Adams-Oklahoma City Thunder (5,700): Adams has been playing extremely well over the last month for OKC and has at least 29 fantasy points in six straight after going for 12-8-1 in 39 minutes on Wednesday against Memphis. Adams has at least a dozen points in five of his last six contests, and he had a good game against Minnesota back on Christmas with 22-6-1 for 34 fantasy points. He’ll have his hands full with Karl-Anthony Towns tonight, but there is plenty to like from Adams lately especially at his still-affordable 6K price tag.∗∗∗
Montrezl Harrell-Houston Rockets (5,000): Harrell had over 27 fantasy points on 16-8-1 against Memphis when the two teams met just before Christmas. That was right after he took over in the middle following the injury to Clint Capela. Harrell has been solid throughout his time up front for Houston and has at least 27 fantasy points in six of his last 12. He is in a tough matchup, but he has proven he can still produce.∗∗
Kelly Olynyk-Boston Celtics (4,100): The C’s may have to give Olynyk extended playing time tonight with Tyler Zeller out and Amir Johnson a game time decision. Olynyk has at least 20 fantasy points in five straight contests which is a pretty decent return for a 4K play. He had 24 fantasy points against the Pelicans in his best game during that stretch on 12-4-4. Tonight, if Johnson is ruled out, he’ll be a nice flier if you have to go cheap. No Amir-∗∗∗∗ With Amir-∗∗
