Here’s an extended look (20 minutes to be exact) at The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild with producer Eiji Aonuma.

The 20-minute demo of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild isn’t new footage. This is actually gameplay that was revealed during the Nintendo Treehouse presentation at E3 2016. However, the difference is that the game is now running on the Nintendo Switch, and it’s gorgeous.

When you put both versions (Wii U and Switch) of the game side-by-side, there aren’t many differences. It’s still the same game, but there’s no doubt that it runs much better on the Switch. The visuals are superior with the lighting and the details, and the gameplay is much smoother.

We’ve not only seen this, but we’ve also heard feedback from those who were able to test it out. Breath of the Wild is shaping up to be one of the best games of the year and possibly one of the greatest Zelda games ever. It’s been a long and grueling wait, but we’re less than two months away from its release and we truly can’t wait.

In this gameplay clip, everything is familiar but more beautiful on the Switch. We also hear from producer Eiji Aonuma about various things from the game. For example, what we’re watching, what to expect and so on. Check it out below:

This is already no secret, but this game looks incredible. Breath of the Wild looks to set itself apart from other games in the series. It isn’t necessarily something entirely new, but it’s more of a return to form.

The first game in the series, The Legend of Zelda, gave the player complete freedom of what to do next. We’ll be able to do the same in Breath of the Wild. You can visit whatever area you want, use a number of different weapons and always have different ways to approach certain situations.

All in all, March 3 can’t come soon enough.
