Lucifer returns with “Love Handles.” Here’s all of the information you need to watch season 2, episode 12 of Lucifer on television and online.
Lucifer is in the middle of a three-story arc and tonight’s episode focuses on the fallout after the big kiss. Lucifer and Chloe must figure out what the kiss means and how they move forward from there while continuing to work together.
At the end of last week’s “Stewardess Interruptus,” Lucifer resigned himself to not being good enough for someone like Chloe who he said is the epitome of all good things. The more he said, the stronger Chloe felt for him. She kissed him, much to his shock, and now they have to decide where they go from there. They also have a big case to work on involving poisoned college students and a killer who wears a mask. Sounds like the best way to spend the first few days of a blossoming relationship, right?
Charlotte visits Dr. Linda to get help. After last week we see that she now understands Chloe’s connection to Lucifer and that she’s “worthy” of her son, but what does that mean? This week she lets Maze in on the little secret that God put Chloe in Lucifer’s path on purpose. With that knowledge out in the open, will it change things within the group?
Lucifer has his hands full this time. He is playing it a lot safer than he normally would because he genuinely cares about Chloe, and after hearing from the people he’s slept with during their investigation last week, he’s clearly trying to make sure that he doesn’t go down the same path with Chloe. Chloe is special, so it looks like Lucifer is going to make every effort to hold on to her.
