RobertĀ Covington-Philadelphia 76ers (5,400)Ā Covington has also been consistent lately and has over 30 fantasy points in each of his last three games as the Sixers take on the Bucks tonight in Milwaukee. Last night, Covington had 14-8-2 with three steals and two blocks against the Clippers for 37.5Ā fantasy points after a solid 15-10-2 double-double on Saturday against the Hawks for 36.5Ā fantasy points. With Joel Embiid out again tonight and Jahlil Okafor also hurting, Covington could shoulder more of the offense in a great matchup against the Bucks who have allowed more fantasy points to opposing SF than any other team in the NBA except the Nets.Ā āāāā
Brandon Ingram-LosĀ AngelesĀ Lakers (4,600):Ā The Lakers recent skid hasnāt been pretty, but one bright spot has been the play of the Lakers first-round pick Brandon Ingram. Ingram had over 28 fantasy points in three of his four games coming into Sundayās contest in Dallas, so coach Luke Walton inserted him into the lineup as the starting PG. That didnāt work out so well as Ingram had just 6-1-0 in 36 minutes for only 7.75 fantasy points. He looked great at PG earlier this season, and Dallas defends opposing PG very well making Sundayās downer at least explainable. Whether its at PG or somewhere else, Ingram will get a ton of minutes and shots for the Lakers as they team sees how he figures into their rebuild. Heās a good value play with a high ceiling but also some significant risk.āā
Terrence Ross-Toronto Raptors (4,500):Ā Ross stepped up last night for the Raptors while DeMar DeRozan was sidelined getting 21-1-0 with two blocks for 28.25Ā fantasy points against eh Spurs. DeRozan will miss tonightās game in Memphis as well, so Ross will get a chance even though its a tough matchup with the Grizzlies. T-Ross has at least 14 fantasy points in seven straight and yesterday was his second game with 25+ fantasy points over that timespan.āā
Garrett Temple-Sacramento Kings (4,000):Ā Temple has at least 21Ā fantasy points in three straight games since moving into the starting lineup in place of the injured Rudy Gay. While heās serving as Ā defensive specialist he finds ways to be involved on offense as well and now has at least three reboundsĀ and three assists in five straightĀ games and has 14, 8, and 11 points in his three starts. As long as heās lined up for 30 more minutes against Cleveland, heās a solid play at this price.āāā
