After missing the fall season, Scandal returns with its season 6 premiere tonight. Here’s how you can watch online with the Scandal live stream.
Unfortunately, Scandal went on a longer hiatus than normal because Kerry Washington had a baby. Instead of premiering in the fall like other Thank God It’s Thursday shows, the Scandal season 6 premiere held off until now.
Which kind of means everyone’s forgotten where we left off.
Luckily, ABC put together a list of 95 things we need to remember. And I picked out a few that I think will be most pertinent in season 6. In season 5, Marcus Walker joined the team — and I’ve yet to figure out if he’s really on their side or not. Is he really a gladiator or is he trying to rehabilitate his image? But guess whose selfish ambitions are abundantly clear? Cyrus Beene. Following the debacle with Fitz, Cyrus switched to Frankie Vargas’ campaign. In the shocking final moments of the season, Vargas named Cyrus as his running mate in the presidential election opposite Mellie Grant. And Mellie’s running mate? Jake Ballard.
I know … what?!
Jake Ballard suffered a lot in season 5. Basically, he went from one Pope to another. But Olivia Pope may prove to be more dangerous than her father at this point. Especially after she killed Andrew. And it was a messy death nonetheless.
