Stanford has three five-star recruits, all in the top 15 of the 2017 class. The Cardinal dominated on the offensive side of the ball in recruitment. One pillar of their class they cannot lose is offensive tackle Walker Little from Bellaire, Texas.
Little is the No. 3 offensive tackle, the No. 3 player from Texas, and the No. 10 player from the 2017 high school graduating class. 247Sports has Little as a five-star recruit with a 0.9944 grade. He committed to Stanford on December 16th.
While Mills is a sure thing to Palo Alto, Little will still likely be fought for by two other schools that really wanted his commitment: Florida State and in-state powerhouse Texas. It doesn’t seem likely that Little will flip before National Signing Day, but Texas is Texas.
If landing Mills and Little wasn’t enough to make Stanford’s 2017 recruiting class one of the best in school history, the Cardinal’s crown jewel this season is definitely five-star offensive tackle Foster Sarell from Graham, Washington.
Sarell is the No. 1 player from Washington, the No. 2 offensive tackle, and the No. 5 player in the 2017 high school graduating class. 247Sports has Sarell as a five-star recruit with a grade of 0.9966. He committed to Stanford on January 7th.
