The Georgia Bulldogs had the No. 3 class of the 2017 recruiting cycle. Here are all the players that committed to Georgia on National Signing Day.

In the second year of the Kirby Smart era in Athens, the Georgia Bulldogs are crushing in it terms of recruitment. According to 247Sports, Georgia has the No. 3 recruiting class in 2017. Georgia has  23 commitments, six of whom enrolled early.

The Bulldogs have two five-stars, 18 four-stars, and three three-stars committed to the Georgia program. Georgia has a chance to be the No. 1 class in 2017, but it will be tough to overtake Alabama and Ohio State. Regardless, Georgia should be in a great spot to finish top five.

Here are the high school seniors committed to Georgia. The list will be updated as announcements come in on National Signing Day.

The two guys who built this class for Georgia are safety Richard LeCounte III (Hinesville, GA) and quarterback Jake Fromm (Warner Robins, GA). Both guys enrolled early and will participate in spring practice.

LeCounte is the No. 2 safety, the No. 2 player from Georgia, and the No. 22 nationally. He committed to Georgia on Dec. 13, 2015. LeCounte could see early playing time in Athens thanks to being in school in January. It also helps that he plays in a paramount position group for the Bulldogs as a defensive back.

Fromm is the No. 3 pro-style passer, the No. 5 player from Georgia, and the No. 47 player in his class. He initially was committed to Alabama but flipped to Georgia in March 2016 after Smart took over the program. Fromm could challenge true sophomore quarterback Jacob Eason for playing time in 2017. He could also be redshirted to create a two-year gap between him and former five-star Eason who begins his sophomore season this year.

Georgia made it a priority to win in the trenches this recruiting cycle. Offensive line coach Sam Pittman has been able to get pretty much whoever he wants to rebuild his offensive line. That includes five-star offensive tackle Isaiah Wilson from Brooklyn.

While Wilson hasn’t enrolled at Georgia, he could start up front for the Bulldogs in 2017. Tackle was a major weakness for the Bulldogs in 2016. Running back D’Andre Swift from Philadelphia is going to help in terms of depth at that position, too. Overall, Georgia is in great shape to succeed under Smart for the foreseeable future.
