Barcelona face Athletic Bilbao at Camp Nou on Saturday, Feb. 4. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Barcelona have found themselves in a position they are wholly unfamiliar with in La Liga this season: looking up. Obviously they and Real Madrid have jostled atop the league table before, but to have their rivals dominate so massively has been both shocking and uncommon. With Madrid four points ahead of Barcelona entering Saturday, Feb. 4 with a game in-hand, the latter must come away with three points in their match with Athletic Bilbao to stay close.

When Barcelona and Athleitc Bilbao faced off in the Spanish Super Cup, the results wer much closer than many expected. Lionel Messi and company fell behind on aggregate in the first leg after an absolutely dismal showing. However, they were able to pull themselves up and show the form they’re capable of in the second leg to advance. Since advancing really, Barcelona have been near unstoppable.

Sitting right below the top of the table, the fearsome attack of Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez has been doing what’s expected of them. However, Athletic Bilbao hasn’t been exceptionally far behind. They enter Saturday sitting seventh in the La Liga table and would love to make a move with a big three points. All told, though, it’s doubtful they’re as desperate for the points as the Barca side trying to catch their rivals.
