Tottenham face Middlesbrough at White Hart Lane on Saturday, Feb. 4. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

After a disappointing away draw at Sunderland, Spurs look to regroup and rebound when they welcome Middlesbrough to their home fortress on Saturday.

Spurs will be elated to be playing at home after such a miserable outing in the north of England on Tuesday.

The 0-0 result at Sunderland hampered Tottenham’s title aspirations, as Spurs are still nine points adrift of Chelsea at the summit of the table.

There is some good news for Tottenham, though. They never lose at home, or at least haven’t so far this season. Spurs have won six games on the bounce at White Hart Lane, and should take all three points against a team that struggles mightily on their travels.

Middlesbrough haven’t won a game on the road in 10 matches, their last away victory coming over five months ago. You’d expect that dismal away record to end at some point, just not against the league’s best home team.

Middlesbrough’s defense, as illogical as it might sound with such an abysmal record, is actually quite impressive away from home. Boro have only conceded 12 away goals all season, the third least in the Premier League. Only Chelsea and Tottenham have conceded fewer, showing just how poor Middlesbrough’s attack is.

Boro have managed to score a measly eight goals in 11 away fixtures.
