Twitter talked about Lady Gaga’s halftime performance during Super Bowl 51.

Lady Gaga was present at this year’s Super Bowl in Houston. It marked the first time for the New York native, but being on a large stage isn’t new to her. It’s also not the first time that she’s been the center of attention, given that she’s always been spontaneous. Coupled with a wild schedule, Lady Gaga makes sure her outfits match that insanity. For this year’s Super Bowl, onlookers would not be sure of what she would pull off, but surprise is an element Lady Gaga takes advantage of.

She did leak some details about her Super Bowl 51 halftime performance, though. One thing she mentioned was the flock of drones that will be deployed throughout her performance. Their objective is to form some type of tribute, or at least coordinate, with today’s huge event. With her aerial support coverage, Lady Gaga intends to have them as her only helpers. The idea of drones would be so ridiculous that Lady Gaga herself had to request permission from the Federal Aviation Administration to incorporate them.

With the spectacular neon stars encompassing the stage and her patriotic tribute, here’s the halftime performance in Twitter’s own words.

Katy Perry might have set the high bar for what a Super Bowl halftime show should be, but it’s hard to argue with Lady Gaga coming in a very close second to her performance.
