The Tampa Bay Rays have their first full workout of 2017 on February 19. Here’s everything you need to know about Spring Training 2017.

The Rays are looking ahead to a strong season in the Grapefruit League to get ready for Opening Day 2017. 2016 was a rough year for the team, finishing 68-94 and 25 games out of first place to place them dead last in the AL East.

Charlotte Sports Park is the home of the Rays during spring training in Charlotte County, Florida. Pitchers and catchers report on February 12th with their first workout on February 14th, while position players report February 17th. The first full squad workout is February 19th.
