Spring Training 2017: When do the Mets report?
The New York Mets have their first full workout of 2017 on February 19th. Here’s everything you need to know about Spring Training 2017.
The New York Mets head to Port St. Lucie, Florida, to start spring training camp on February 12th. The Mets’ Grapefruit League season begins on February 24 with home games played at Tradition Field. The Mets look to improve upon the 87-75 finish that landed them in second place in the National League East in 2016.
Pitchers and catchers arrive in Port St. Lucie on February 12 and start workouts on February 14. Position players report on February 17 and the full squad begins practice together on February 19.
