Swansea host Leicester at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday, Feb. 12. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Swansea welcome Leicester to the Liberty Stadium on Sunday in a Premier League relegation battle. Both of these sides have really struggled in the league this year and this has left them at the wrong end of the table. Many might have expected Swansea’s demise but Leicester’s is more surprising. The Foxes dominated the Premier League last year but have been brought back down to Earth after their miraculous title-winning season. Claudio Ranieri has taken a lot of stick for his side’s performances but he has the backing of the club for now. A win against Swansea on Sunday would repay the faith that the club have shown.
Swansea seemed to have turned things around under Paul Clement. The former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich assistant coach struggled as manager of Derby but he has done a great job in charge of the Swans. Clement won manager of the month for January and if he’ll be hoping for more of the same from his side in February. If they could get a win over Leicester then it would give the Welsh side a little breathing space and take some of the pressure off of them. Neither side’s defense is particularly strong so this could be an exciting game full of goals.
