The Chicago Bulls (26-29) will host Toronto Raptors (32-23) on Tuesday night. Here is how to watch this Eastern Conference NBA game online.

There are three NBA games on the slate for Tuesday, Feb. 14. One of those games happening in the Eastern Conference will be between the Toronto Raptors (32-23) and the Chicago Bulls (26-29). Tipoff from the United Center in Chicago will be at 8:00 p.m. ET.
