On Thursday the Miami Dolphins decided to cut not only Mario Williams, but also Earl Mitchell.
The Miami Dolphins released both defensive end Mario Williams and defensive tackle Earl Mitchell Thursday, freeing up $12.5 million in cap space to use on free agents this summer. The Dolphins also spoke with Branden Albert and his agent and informed both of them that he will not be with the team next season as the Dolphins look for a trade to move Albert away from the Sunshine State.
Speaking of players that will be on the move this summer, Darrelle Revis was involved in an altercation in Pittsburgh today. It was first reported that Revis was attacked by a group of five men, but that is not the case. Not only was the number of the group exaggerated, but Revis initiated physical contact with the both of them and now has two pending charges against him. It was only two men, not five. This is not looking good for Revis right now.
Now that Pittsburgh is on the brain, the Steelers are expected to retain Antonio Brown for life. The Steelers reportedly would like to see Brown stay a Steeler for the rest of his career.

Getting a new contract with Brown is a priority this offseason for the Steelers. Le’Veon Bell is expected to receive the franchise tag so the Steelers will be able to focus primarily on Brown.
The New England Patriots’ tight end coach, Brian Daboll, is a candidate for Alabama University’s offensive coordinator job. He will look to replace Steve Sarkisian after Sarkisian left for the offensive coordinator job that the Atlanta Falcons offered him.
Tony Romo expects to be released by the Dallas Cowboys before the start of the 2017 regular season. With the emergence of Dak Prescott, Romo took a backseat to the Cowboys success this season and looks to move on to a different team to make an immediate impact.

Finally, Terrelle Pryor has told his agent to get a deal done in Cleveland so that he can stay on the Browns. Pryor is Cleveland’s No. 1 priority and it seems that Pryor himself wants to stay in Cleveland so hopefully the two sides can come to an agreement.
