24. Jason Peters – $87,471,983

The career of Jason Peters began with him being an undrafted player out of Arkansas as a tight end. Fast forward to today, and Peters is a nine-time Pro Bowler as an offensive tackle. The 35-year-old Peters has spent 13 seasons in the NFL, and as a three-time First Team All-Pro, you have to think he could wind up being in the Hall of Fame one day.

Despite the fact that he has made nearly $90 million in his career, Peters first contract was actually very small compared to the kind of money he makes nowadays. Peters signed a 2yr/$560k contract with the Bills after earning a spot on the team, and by the time the contract was over, the team made a big financial investment in him. Prior to the 2006 NFL season, Peters signed a 5yr/$15 million dollar deal with the Bills, setting the stage for him to become one of the better offensive lineman in the game.

In 2009, the Bills traded Peters to the Philadelphia Eagles, who quickly extended his deal to a four-year, $51.4 million contract. Of that $51.4 million, $24.4 of it was guaranteed, but that was not the only big deal he would get from the Birds. Philly locked him up for four more years in 2014, as the two sides agreed to a deal worth $41.3 million, $15.75 million of which was guaranteed. Peters may be coming to the end of his career, but few offensive lineman have been able to make the kind of money he has in his illustrious career.
