We’re past the midway point in the season and the playoff picture is starting to shape up. But who’s feeling the pressure to make the NBA Playoffs with a second-half push?

With half a season remaining, it’s crunch time for NBA teams on the outside looking into the playoff picture. For teams sitting at the seven and eight seed, it’s the time of the year where every game is make or break. Fall out of the top eight, and you may never find yourself back in.

With plenty of action behind us in the trade deadline, teams are now looking to prove their actions. From blockbusters moves in New Orleans to holding back your superstar in Indiana, plenty of general managers are now faced with the reality of whether or not their decision will work.

No one knows what the last chunk of the season has in store, but for every team fighting for a playoff spot, it’s do or die time. Setbacks, slip-ups, and missed opportunities are nothing more than ways to hand other teams your spot.

Whether you’re a coach on the hot seat, a player looking for a place to win a ring, or a GM trying to justify a trade, this is where you win or lose your job. There isn’t anyone in the league looking to slow down during this second half. For the teams in a tight playoff race, it’s time to move into overdrive.

So, which teams are in need of making the 2017 NBA Playoffs?
