4. Toronto Raptors

The Raptors announced yesterday that Kyle Lowry would need wrist surgery and was aiming for a return at the playoffs. Toronto has depth at point guard with Cory Joseph, Delon Wright, and Fred Van Vleet but Lowry’s absence is still a huge loss and and it could be handy having a steady veteran to help them navigate from now until April without sinking too far in the standings.

Jennings’ shooting should be a welcome addition to that rotation as Wright has struggled with his outside shot and Joseph shoots respectably at an extremely low volume. The Raptors might not need Jennings much by the time the playoffs roll around but he could be a useful stop gap to help them get there in as good a position as possible.
