With the calendar turning to Tuesday, will Legends of Tomorrow be airing a new episode tonight, February 28th, 2017 on The CW?
So far on The CW’s Legends of Tomorrow second season, the show has covered plenty of ground.
From visiting notable times in history like the Revolutionary War, 1920s Chicago, the Civil War and Feudal Japan to battling the Legion of Doom, there have been plenty of new storylines.
Most of these have included the Legion. Comprised of Malcolm Merlyn, Eobard Thawne, Damien Darhk and a now-evil Rip Hunter, the quartet has proved to be a significant challenge for the crew of the Waverider.
After weeks of conflict, the legends were able to capture Rip towards the end of last week’s episode.
It will certainly be interesting to see where the show goes from here. However, don’t expect any new developments.
The CW won’t be airing a new episode tonight.
Instead, a repeat of Riverdale will air in Legends of Tomorrow’s usual time slot at 9 p.m. Eastern after fellow DC Comics property The Flash.
Legends will return next week with an episode titled “Land of the Lost.” Here is a spoiler-free preview of the show from the folks over at TV Guide.
"“Rip is captured and forces the Waverider to crash, which strands the Legends seventy million years in the past. Ray leads Amaya and Nate to recover a vital piece of the ship. Meanwhile, in an effort to get the “good” Rip back, Rory suggests they enter Rip’s mind, but when Sara and Jax discover his subconscious is not pleasant and they must fight evil versions of themselves; and Nate and Amaya continue to get closer, but it could cause some serious ramifications.“"
The episode will air on Tuesday, March 7th at 9:00 p.m. on The CW.
