When will college basketball fans be able to see the 2017 Final Four?

The NCAA Tournament for college basketball is always one of the most exciting parts of the sports calendar. It provides some of the best drama of the year and is anticipated by the fans, mostly due to filling out brackets and trying to win their respective pools. They try to predict upsets, that one low seed that goes to the Sweet 16, the Final Four, and the National Championship game.

The Final Four part of the equation kicks off the three biggest games of the college basketball year. They also take place in a special venue usually used for pro football games. Recent arenas used have included AT&T Stadium, the Georgia Dome, and Reliant Stadium. These are unique atmospheres that allow more fans to attend and to give the games a bigger feel. Most importantly, for the NCAA, it likely makes them more money than by holding them in standard venues.

The 2016 Final Four saw Villanova destroy Oklahoma, 95-51 and North Carolina top Syracuse, 83-66. These two two not-so-thrilling games to lead us into the National Championship game, which blew both of these out of the water with the epic finish. It saw Villanova win the National Championship on a buzzer-beating shot to put them in the history books with possibly the most dramatic win in NCAA Tournament history.

In 2017, it’s going to be difficult for any of the four teams that are in the Final Four to top the championship game. The contests to get there can’t go anywhere but up, however, after last year’s anti-climatic showings. To see it all go down, tune in on Saturday, April 1 to see the last remaining seeds battle to be in the National Championship game, which takes place on April 3. They will take place at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ.
