Barcelona welcome Celta Vigo to the Camp Nou in Saturday’s later kickoff in La Liga. The Blaugrana annihilated Sporting Gijon on Wednesday night in a 6-1 victory and they’ll be looking to continue the form which has seen them rise to the top of La Liga. Luis Enrique’s side sit atop La Liga after Real Madrid only managed to draw with Las Palmas on Wednesday night. Los Blancos still have a game in hand but they’re now a point behind their bitter rivals. This means that every point leading up to El Clasico at the end of April is crucial and Enrique will know this.

The former Barcelona player announced this week that he’ll be stepping down as manager of the Catalan side at the end of the season. With this announcement Enrique has taken some of the pressure off himself and his side to get results, as everyone knows he’s leaving. He’ll still want to win everything, though, and Barcelona have put themselves back into contention for the La Liga title. Facing Celta Vigo at home shouldn’t be a problem for the Catalans. Celta have struggled of late, while Barcelona have hit a great run of form. Barca will also want revenge for the 4-3 loss to Celta Vigo they suffered earlier on in the current La Liga season.
