After being eliminated by Roman Reigns in the Royal Rumble match back in January, The Undertaker made his shocking return to television on Monday Night Raw the night after WWE Fastlane to face the man that eliminated him: Roman Reigns.
WWE Fastlane was the last stop on the road to WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, and there’s no WrestleMania without The Undertaker.
After Roman Reigns went through a war with Braun Strowman — the man that costed Reigns the WWE Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble — Strowman wanted retribution for his first pinfall loss to Reigns.
Reigns obliged to meet the monster in the middle of the ring, but Strowman was greeted by the man Reigns eliminated in the Royal Rumble match on Monday night: The Undertaker.

The Deadman, who hasn’t appeared on WWE programming since being eliminated in San Antonio, made it short and sweet on Monday night. No words. Just that cold stare into Strowman’s eyes that made the big man retreat to the back.
After Strowman’s departure, Roman Reigns’ arrival to a plethora of boos brought quite a scene to close the show.
The two looked at the WrestleMania sign simultaneously, but after Reigns claimed to The Deadman that it’s his yard now, that didn’t sit well with The Phenom.

For Reigns, he’s been in the main event of the last two WrestleManias, winning the WWE World Championship against Triple H at AT&T Stadium last year. But, a match with The Undertaker is like nothing else at WrestleMania, even without The Streak still in tact these days.
For The Phenom, will it be the end of his legendary career? The Streak is over, he hasn’t been a regular during WWE’s weekly programming in years, and his body is in the shape it used to be.

The match isn’t technically official as of now, but it’s pretty obvious The Big Dog and The Deadman are heading for a clash of major proportions at the Show of Shows next month at the Citrus Bowl.
