The 2017 NFL Scouting Combine has finally wrapped up. Here are the 10 players that helped their draft stock after the scouting combine.

After a week in Indianapolis, the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine has finally come to a close. Many NFL teams got a ton of great information on many of the top collegiate players entering the 2017 NFL Draft.

There were players that helped their draft stock out significantly. Here are the 10 that impressed the most at the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis this past week.

Shaquill Griffin

Cornerback, UCF Knights

One guy that looks to be a steal in day three of the NFL Draft might be UCF Knights cornerback Shaquill Griffin. The Knights have sent a lot of great players to the NFL in recent years. Griffin looks to be cut from the same cloth.

In the 40-yard dash, Griffin ran a 4.38. That was the fourth-best time at the combine among cornerbacks. In the bench press, Griffin put up 17 reps at 225 pounds. That landed him sixth among cornerbacks.

He finished third in the vertical at 38.5 inches, third in the broad jump at 132.0 inches, and in the top-10 in both the three-cone drill and the 20-yard shuttle. His 60-yard shuttle wasn’t great, but Griffin certainly showed his versatility as a defensive back.

He will need to work on his cutting to avoid getting burnt like toast. However, Griffin looks to be a player that could play in a multitude of roles in an NFL secondary. If he can factor in special teams early in his career, Griffin has a great chance at some early playing time.
