The Detroit Pistons (31-33) will host the Cleveland Cavaliers (42-20) on Thursday night. Here is how to watch this NBA game online.

The Cavaliers head to the Motor City, starting a three-game road trip, looking to avenge Monday’s 106-98 defeat against the Miami Heat. The game was exciting for Cleveland because it brought the debut of Andrew Bogut, adding height and experience heading into playoffs. Tragically, Bogut broke his left leg less than one minute into his debut and he is out for the rest of the season. LeBron James and Kyrie Irving scored 30 plus each, marking the third time this season the pair has scored 30 or more in the same game. Despite a late rally by Cleveland, they weren’t able to pull out the win.

Heading into Detroit, Cleveland’s injury woes continue with Kyle Korver listed as out, due to a sore left foot. Another sharpshooter in J.R Smith is listed as questionable for tonight’s game, after recovering from from a fractured right thumb. On Wednesday, Smith had his first taste of practice, since late December. The Cavaliers have lost four of their last six games, including those back-to-back loses to Miami, on Saturday and Monday night. Expect the Cavaliers to bomb away from long distance, as they average 11 3-pointers their previous meetings with Detroit.

The Pistons are fighting for playoff position in the Eastern Conference. Detroit started the week off with a 109-95 victory over the Chicago Bulls, then the Indiana Pacers dropped the Pistons’ record to 31-33, with a 115-96 win. Indiana was in full control, the only time Detroit held a lead was in the third quarter. Detroit must defend better, as Indiana’s first unit outscored Detroit 72-47. Their offense struggled as well with Reggie Jackson and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope combining for 8 points on 2-of-12 shooting. Expect Detroit to game plan for Cleveland’s 3-point barrage, as they look to bounce back from a terrible performance against Indiana Wednesday night.
